By calling the Hotel directly (903) 792-1065, individuals can make their own reservations or click the direct RESERVE ROOM HERE button to book online.
For individuals to receive the established Group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the Dragon Boat Race initially when making the reservations.
All reservations must be received by the group’s cut-off date. Please make sure you choose the correct dates for your stay.
Reservations made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and the Best Available Rate.
